Today is the 15th of September and it is the 9th day of our school exchange trip since we are here.
Yesterday we were in Washington D.C., so today we are in the Flint Hill School. I live in Herndon, which is 30 minutes from the high school. I have to get up early to be there on time. The lessons start at 8 a.m. and finish at 3 p.m.
The first lesson I have done today was chemistry. And later I was in a Spanish class, where the Spanish and American students had a conversation about the stereotypes of each country. After that, all the Spanish students and teachers met with the headmaster of the high school and he explained to us how high school works. He gave us a coin of Flint Hill School as a present and he said that the doors of Flint Hill are open to us forever. When the bell rang all the students had to go to the next class. I was in the common zone called "Commons" with my classmates doing homework.
After the last class I went to a volleyball game. Our team won !! When the game finished Rachel, mum and me came back to our house to do our homework. We had dinner at 7 p.m. and later I had a shower. After that the day ended so I have to go to bed and I will see you tomorrow! Good night :)
