Hi dear viewers! Today, like all the days here, it was a fantastic day. In the morning we have gone to visit DC. To start the visit, we have taken the metro and we have gone to the White House where we have taken lots of photos! We have also visited the visitor's center of the White House. After that, we have visited the Washington Monument, it is really nice! A very high obelisc sorrounded by 50 flags that represent the 50 states of the USA. It is the heart of the city and the 0 mile. Then we have gone walking towards the Lincoln Memorial and we came across the DC War Memorial which is new. There we have seen an awesome view. To finish the visit, we have been in Constitution Gardens where we can see a wall with the inscription of the names of the soldiers who were in the war in the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and there is another memorial called Korean War Veterans Memorial with some pictures of soldiers engraved in the granite wall and a group of statues of soldiers in action as when they were in the war.
Aftewards we crossed the Potomac Bridge and visited the Arlington National Cemetery with its visitors center, the tomb to the unknown soldier and where there are the tombs of most of the presidents of the USA.
After the visit, we reached the school and we have gone to eat pizza and, then, we have gone to the church. After that we wanted to play basketball at gym but the court was occupated and we have to return home. There we take some photos of us and now we are watching a movie at TV. And that's all my day! It is being a great experience!
