Lunes 16 de Enero por Sameer Bahethi

Today I went to school with my exchange person. We took a bus in the morning and is was so dark that I could still see the stars. The bus ride was nice and we arrived at the school in 15 minutes. After a short speech by the headmaster I went to my first class which was philosophy and it was good but i did not understand a lot because i was all spoken in catla. Then we had chemistry and I enjoyed it. After that we had History and learned about lipids and robozoids along with darwin's thesis about evolution. Afterwards we went to see a museum about the 122th president of Catalonia and his declaration of independence from Spain. Afterwards I went to see the mayor and he gave me a pen after talking to me about the various things they grow in the town. Overall I had a good time and can’t wait for tomorrow!

Lunes 16 de enero por Lily Byrnes

¡Hola!

Hoy me desperté a las diez y media. Después, fui a la cocina y comí desayuno; comí pan y mantequilla. La comida en España es muy rica. Núria y yo fuimos a la escuela por autobús. La madre de Núria condujo a la parada de autobús. Cuando Núria y yo llegamos a la escuela, fuimos a la clase de catalán, español y inglés. Mis clases favoritas son inglés y español. ¡Estuve muy confundida durante la clase de catalán!

Los estudiantes de Flint Hill llegamos a la escuela y fuimos al museo del 112 presidente de Cataluña. Èl declaró independencia de España. Después fuimos a la oficina de el mayor de la ciudad. El nos dio una pluma y un llavero.

Yo fui a restaurante próximo a la escuela. Comí pollo, patatas y vegetales.

La madre de Núria, Núria y yo fuimos a la cuidad. Lleida es mas grande que les Borges blanques. Para cenar, comí una Sandwich con jamón y tomates. Estaba muy rico!
